The Xiegu G90 is a remarkable amateur radio short-wave transceiver with a portable 20W output in the SDR (Software-Defined Radio) architecture. As the latest addition to the Xiegu product family, the G90 is the first portable SDR model in the G series.

Based on 24-bit CODEC sampling, the G90 delivers superior transceiver performance and a highly configurable feature experience. Its separate head design allows for flexible positioning of the host, and the built-in high-performance Automatic Antenna Tuner (ATU) ensures seamless antenna setup and adjustment, eliminating the hassle of managing antenna-related issues.

When updating the firmware, please ensure that you update the display unit first, followed by the base unit. It is crucial to select the 1k option in the file transfer menu. During the initial setup, you must press the space bar quickly to enter the program mode.

Please note that the FM mode can only be activated when the GSOC controller is used in conjunction with the G90. It is normal for the G90 to overheat if used for an extended period. To maintain the 20W power output, the voltage must be within the range of 13.8V to 15V. If the voltage drops below 13.8V, the power output may not be guaranteed, and the driving kinetic energy may not be sufficient.
