Choosing the Right Mount Consider the following checklist for special desk setups: 1. Desk with Underframe: Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is at least 50mm (1.97") for secure clamping. 2. Desk with Side Panel: Confirm the distance between the desktop edge and side panel is at least 60mm (2.37") for proper clamping. 3. Desk with Back Panel: Verify the depth between the desktop and back panel is at least 100mm (3.94") to accommodate the mount.

Important Note: The gas spring tension is pre-set to medium. Adjust the tension according to your monitor's weight for optimal performance.

Troubleshooting Tips • VESA Plate Crooked: After securing the stand, attach the monitor, then vigorously rotate the sides of the monitor to straighten the VESA plate. • Compatibility Check: Ensure your monitor's size is within 32", VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and weight is 4.4-17.6 lbs. Also, confirm your desk thickness falls within the specified range. • Non-Standard VESA: If your monitor's VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, purchase the MU9010 VESA extender adapter. For other VESA sizes, you'll need a suitable adapter. • Thick Desks: For desktops thicker than 4.53", contact us for a longer clamp solution. • Glass Desks: For safety, install a reinforcement desk plate (model MU0038) when mounting on a glass table.
